Normal service will be resumed...

I feel I ought to apologise.

My blog rate has gone Hindenberg just lately. While I was in Devon I could blame it on the country fever. Strangely enough, I genuinely thought that when I arrived in Bristol and started sleeping on a best friend's floor, I'd be just bursting with good ideas and witticisms and the inclination to go and type them all down for you.

In fact, I just had a Thai Bananna Smoothie.

It was very nice.

In 1939, the BBC temporarily stopped their pioneering TV service. There was nothing on until some time around 1946. Compared to that, I'm doing pretty well. True, they were fighting an premier industrial nation mobilised for war by a militaristic egomaniac that has become proverbial for evil, whereas I'm only fighting my own inclination to play the Tropico demo for hours at a time. But my point remains.
