Superted for PM

Here in Britain we have three main parties. Labour rule the roost, and if you're American you can think of them as Democrats. The Conservatives are a small and pathetic opposition, and if you're American you can think of them as slightly more right-wing democrats. Then we have the Liberal Democrats, who were last in government in 1912. Their predecessors were the kind of people who came up with free schooling, the NHS, and so on. They get votes from students and hippies and that's about it, because they have wacky policies like "war is bad" and "let's stop burning coal", or "We remain skeptical about the strategy of fighting terroism by creating large bodies of disenfranchised people with legitimate grievances". If you're American, think of them as Nader or someone else struggling along on 1% of the popular vote and zero influence.

A poll in the news right now suggests that if anyone thought they could win an election, they would. And not just a little bit... by a landslide.

Damn you, inertia.

Update: Vote! Two quarter circles told you to.
